After you closed an energy contract, we'll send you a bill at the 25th of each month. Payment is due within 14 days from when your bill is sent to you. You can choose between two different payment methods: either by accept Giro (manual invoice) or via direct debit authorization (automatic invoice). You can select your payment method during the application procedure. Online payment is also possible with a European bank account with IBAN number.
It's quick and easy to tell us you are moving home. Mail us your new address to firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll contact your current supplier to let them know you're switching. More time for you to pack your stuff.
