How do I become a customer?

Switching to Ampeer is simple. Just enter your address, choose the desired tariff and starting date and apply online. It only takes a few minutes. Find out more about our gas and electricity tariffs or get a quote now.

How to pay your energy bill?

After you closed an energy contract, we'll send you a bill at the 25th of each month. Payment is due within 14 days from when your bill is sent to you. You can choose between two different payment methods: either by accept Giro (manual invoice) or via direct debit authorization (automatic invoice). You can select your payment method during the application procedure. Online payment is also possible with a European bank account with IBAN number.

How to tell us you’re moving?

It's quick and easy to tell us you are moving home. Mail us your new address to and we'll contact your current supplier to let them know you're switching. More time for you to pack your stuff.
